Each participant must fill out a registration form, print and mail or FAX to Craig Hillier. Full payment is required upon registration. A confirmation letter with directions will be sent to each participant.

Cancellation Policy IMPORTANT! Registration is transferable - not refundable. If you can't attend, no money will be refunded. If you register and cancel, or do not attend, the following books will be sent to you instead: Playing Beyond the Scoreboard ($11.95), Lead Now or Step Aside ($16.95) and How to Step UP as a Teen Leader ($14.95).I understand the cancellation policy and I will adhere to it without compaint or contesting it.

$65 if received after July 15th, 2009
$55 if received before July 15th, 2009
$45 if 5 or more students attend from the same school, and registration is received before July 15th, 2009
