Registration form for the 13th annual Playing Beyond the Scoreboard Team Leader/Captains Conference.

- Materials: All conference materials will be provided. Each participant will receive a copy of Playing Beyond the Scoreboard.
- Snack: A small snack and water will be provided for each participant.

.*While Craig Hillier is a member of Prince of Peace Church, the program does not include religion. - Dress Code: Please attend wearing “gear” from your school. Example, T-shirt with your school’s logo, jersey, warm-up etc. This shows school/sport pride and insures .students are mixed up for activities and discussions.
Each participant must complete a registration form, print and mail, scan or fax to Winning Edge Seminars.
Online registration is not available for this event.
(Please note, paying online with a credit card is NOT possible for this conference. A credit card can be used for payment by entering credit card information and returning to the office of Winning Edge Seminars.)
Full payment is required upon registration. A confirmation letter will be sent 10 days prior to the conference with additional details and directions to the venue.
